Jusqu\u2019en 2018, elle a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 pour le programme de promotion de la sant\u00e9 \u00abGorilla\u00bb de la Schtifti Foundation \u00e0 Zurich. Son amour de la nourriture, sa soif de connaissances et son esprit de recherche lui ont permis de devenir, en tr\u00e8s peu de temps, une experte en nutrition et en m\u00e9tabolisme. En plus de son travail chez Unikum Nutrition au NHK Health Hub, Laura Koch est \u00e9galement charg\u00e9e de cours au NHK Campus et donne des cours de cuisine ainsi que des conf\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis peu, Laura Koch s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement au monde fascinant des champignons. Elle a suivi une formation de mycoth\u00e9rapeute aupr\u00e8s de Thomas Falzone et s\u2019est depuis passionn\u00e9e pour ce super-aliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abPour moi, en tant que di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne, les champignons m\u00e9dicinaux de Mykoplan\u00ae sont devenus depuis un certain temps un outil central dans l\u2019alimentation personnalis\u00e9e.<br>J\u2019ai choisi cette entreprise parce que sa qualit\u00e9, sa philosophie et son service simple et rapide m\u2019ont convaincue. Wasserverbrauch.<\/strong> Dank der hohen \u00f6kologischen Effizienz sind Pilze der Fleisch- und Milchproduktion deutlich \u00fcberlegen. Die CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u00c4quivalenz f\u00fcr Eiweiss ist um das 10-fache besser als bei Weiderindern, der Wasserverbrauch um das 2000-fache tiefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biologische Kultivierung in Kleinanlagen sind ertragsreich. <strong>Auf 10 m\u00b2 Anbaufl\u00e4che k\u00f6nnen alle 4 Wochen rund 125 kg Frischpilze geerntet werden.<\/strong> Das verwendete Substrat kann anschliessend als Humus f\u00fcr die Landwirtschaft weiter genutzt werden. Kleinanlagen lassen sich problemlos regional aufbauen.
